Ada Edwards Laughlin Award given to Ellie Pacek

ASSISTANCE LEAGUE® of Saddleback Valley

This award is named for the co-founder of NATIONAL ASSISTANCE LEAGUE® who remained "less visible" and filled the role of the hard working, behind the scenes assistant to Anne Banning, the other co-founder.

This award is given in recognition of quiet and faithful service to our Chapter, and "unsung heroine."

The Ada Edwards Laughlin Award was presented to Ellie Pacek on April 23, 2004 at the Dana Point Yacht Club. Ellie has been an Assistance League member for over 10 years. She has been an active member through the years working on many committees including Hospitality and Philanthropy, and has held board positions such as Secretary and many other positions over the years.
